1. Fish fillet( any white fish ) 250 g
2. Lime leaves 2 pcs ( chop finely)
3. Candle nut 3
4. Egg 1
5. Thick fresh coconut milk 100ml
6. Corn flour 2tsp
7. Blue ginger 2cm
8. Turmeric 2 cm
9. Chili powder 2tsp
10. Salt and sugar to taste
11. Banana leaves 10 pcs ( 4 inches x 6 inches)
Method
- Place all the ingredients into food processor except fish, egg and coconut milk.
- Chop the fish fillet into paste, make sure no bone. ( unless ur hubby is nasty, you want to choke him)
- Put the chili mixture into a bowl, crack the egg and mix together with coconut milk.
- Scoop the paste into centre of the banana leave and use staples or toothpicks to secure it.
- Heat the pan, and grill it!
